LaunchReady provides guided setup and configuration services to establish your business’s core digital infrastructure. Our goal is to ensure your domain, email, website hosting, and related systems are configured correctly and functioning at the time of handover.

Scope of Support

Our service includes:

  • Creation of required accounts (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Workspace)
  • Initial configuration of domains, DNS, email, and website hosting
  • Verification that all services are active and functioning at handoff
  • Documentation of credentials, key settings, and configuration details
  • Walkthrough of how to sign into your accounts through their official websites and mobile applications

At the conclusion of setup, we deliver a functioning environment and provide reference documentation so you can confidently access and manage your services.

Ongoing Support

LaunchReady is not an ongoing IT support or helpdesk service. We do not provide troubleshooting, administration, or user support beyond the initial setup and handover.

However, we do provide:

  • Links to vendor resources and tutorials (e.g., how to connect email to common mobile and desktop mail apps)
  • Recommendations for where to go for ongoing product support

All products used in the LaunchReady setup include support directly from their vendors (e.g., GoDaddy, Google Workspace). Customers are encouraged to contact these vendors for ongoing assistance or technical issues encountered after handover.

Our Commitment to Quality

LaunchReady stands behind the work we perform. If an error in our setup process results in service interruption or improper function, we will correct the issue promptly and at no additional cost.

Changes and Future Work

Any requests outside the scope of the initial setup, including additional configuration changes, user onboarding, troubleshooting, or ongoing administration, may be quoted as separate billable work.
